Order Change & Cancellation
You may cancel your online order up to two days before the due date for a refund, minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations made after this period will be issued a store credit for the order value, minus the 10% fee.
Modifications to your order are also accepted up to two days before the due date, as long as they are within the product lead time. Modifications include changes to the due date, product adjustments, and quantity changes. Some changes might be possible outside this timeframe at the discretion of James St Bakery management.
If a modification request is made after the notice period, we can cancel the item in question and provide a store credit for its value. Refunds will not be issued for late modifications. For full order cancellations outside the notice period, our standard cancellation policy applies.
